Gentle Yoga

This class of Gentle Yoga will engage your body and your mind as it promotes flexibility and fitness.  Instructor:  Rhonda Fentry, Fitness Specialist and Exercise Physiologist.

Be sure to arrive before 7:00 p.m.  Must be over 16 to participate.
