Cook the Book is back!

Thursday, November 3 from 7:30-8:30 pm

Do you love browsing through cookbooks and trying new recipes?  Do you enjoy sampling and sharing new dishes?  Then grab your apron and sign up for this new book club!
We pick the cookbook, you select and you prepare a recipe from that cookbook.  Then you bring what you made to the meeting and we all get to share what each person has made.
Copies of Al Roker’s Hassle Free Holiday Cookbook are available NOW at the circulation desk.

Greeting Cards for Hospitalized Children

Cards for Hospitalized Kids is an international charity that spreads hope, joy, & magic to hospitalized kids across America through uplifting, handmade cards. Join us as we make holiday cards to send to this charitable organization. All materials will be provided. Adults only, please.

The Mystery Shop presents: Prime Suspect Hollywood Homicide

Those Wacky Game Shows

Local Musician, Bandleader and Pop Culture Historian Steve Cooper presents a video program of show biz and musical celebrities on the great old Game Shows.  Shows include What’s My Line, Hollywood Squares, I’ve Got A Secret, The Gong Show and many others with Steve telling fascinating and humorous “behind the scenes” stories for each video clip.  At the end of the show, Steve will play a big band tune on his trumpet and take song requests from the audience.
