License Plate Renewal

The Hillside Public Library is very excited to announce that we recently launched a new service: license plate sticker renewals!

We can renew most types of stickers for passenger vehicles, trailers, and motorcycles, including personalized, vanity, and specialty plates. For information about which plate types can be renewed, please call the library.
 
Please be aware of the following information:
  • Bring your renewal notice, current registration, or VIN; as well as your driver’s license and license plate number.
  • Your car must pass emissions testing before renewal, if indicated or required.
  • We accept cash or credit cards. Fee information.
  • There will be an additional $9.50 processing fee, which will help fund library programs and services.
  • We do not process sticker transactions within the 30 minutes after opening or before closing.
