The Hillside Public Library will not be receiving and tax forms this year. Instead, you can call to have forms sent to your house or you can print them out from the IRS or State of Illinois websites.
To order forms or publications from the IRS call 1-800-829-3676, or visit irs.gov to print forms and publications.
To order forms from the State of Illinois call 1-800-356-6302, or visit tax.illinois.gov to print Illinois tax forms.
Ask a librarian if you need help printing forms in the library! Black and white copies are 10¢ a page (2-sided black and white copies are 20¢) and color copies are 25¢ cents a page (2-sided color copies 50¢).
