Yoga and Self-Care for Busy People

In an era of mounting stress and anxiety from competing demands, taking on too much at work and at home, and rushing around for everyone but yourself, it’s common for self-care to fall off your to-do list. Drawing upon practices from her new book 108 Yoga and Self-Care Practices for Busy Mamas, Julie M. Gentile will demonstrate self-care practices, including simple seated yoga stretches and meditations and breathing exercises you can do even when you’re busy. Copies of Julie’s book will be available at this event for purchase. Registration Required
